What we collect, and what we don’t.

The forms

The request form and the price report control on a product page store what you type, plus your email address if you choose to give one. That email is used only to tell you what came of it — never for marketing, never sold, never passed to a store.

We don’t store your IP address, browser or any other identifier alongside them. Both are rate-limited using a temporary value held in memory that is never written down.

Price watches

A price watch stores four things: your email address, the product, your target price, and whether we’ve already told you. It’s confirmed opt-in — nothing is watched until you click the link in the confirmation email, and an unconfirmed request is deleted after seven days.

You get one email when the price drops below your figure, and then we stop watching. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that deletes the watch outright. Delivery is handled by Resend, which isn’t allowed to use your address for anything else.

Measurement

This site loads one third-party script: Google’s measurement tag. It records pages viewed and store links clicked, and sets Google cookies to tell one visit from another. We use those numbers to see which comparisons are useful, not to build a profile of you. There is no other analytics or advertising script on the site.

Your haul list and server logs

The haul feature keeps your products in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers. Our servers keep ordinary request logs — page, time, user agent, IP — to run the site securely, and only briefly.

When you click through to a store

Clicking a price takes you to the retailer’s own site, where their privacy policy applies. We don’t hand them anything about you. Today no link here earns us a commission; if that changes, those links will be marked as sponsored and the code would identify this site, never you.
